Extraordinary, modern rooms with a nice terrace and fast WiFi, as example, unbeatable setting. Location close enough to Laundry, Groceries and restaurants and the Mall of the Emirates and train station.

The hotel's dampness is concerning!!! Rooms lack adequate lighting and desperately need better ventilation!!! Internet sockets in the room didn't work properly, frustrating!!! More attention to detail could certainly improve the experience!!!

the staff were very nice and welcoming and they know how to talk, visitors are allowed, fast room service, i checked in in 10 mins
i had a problem reaching the hotel and guiding my friends to it, the location is a bit complicated

Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take
The staff was friendly particularly Omar & Pertti at reception and Ranjith with his team. The onsite café is good and definitely worth checking out.
The check-in process could use refinement as it wasn't as smooth as expected.

The swimming pool area was pristine, with plenty of sun beds available for a refreshing day! The breakfast was good, with a special cook who prepared fresh omelets and pancakes each morning.

Really nice overall experience. Perfect and spotlessly clean hotel with smart stuff and stunningly beautiful views on Dubaii skyline. Outstanding meals with alcoholic drinks. Particularly good location close to supermarket and easy access to a shopping centre and a big supermarket.

The hotel is abhorrent. The wifi was practically non-existent, unacceptable in 2023. The room key was constantly malfunctioning, I had to call someone from the reception every time. And to top it all off, I woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary upgrade, but apparently that concept is lost on the staff. Absolutely pathetic!

The staff was pationed and very sorry about all.
not clean, old and broken furniture, small pool with no sun (tall buildíngs around).....The hotel was not four star hotel. Room where untidy and too many things where broken in there for example bathroom was not working, door handles where loose, balkany and the carpet so dirty that you could see all the marks what the other hotel guests have done.....SO sorry about the situation that we slept there only for 6 hours and moved to other hotel.
